League Structure Overview
EPPL East
EPPL East provides local league play primarily on the east side of El Paso for younger, recreational, and developing competitive teams. This league is designed to make soccer more accessible while supporting player growth in a convenient, community-based environment.
EPPL West
EPPL West provides local league play primarily on the west side of El Paso for younger, recreational, and developing competitive teams. This league gives teams a structured and accessible place to compete while building skills, confidence, and team identity.
The EPPL
The EPPL is the city-wide league level, with matches played across El Paso at the league’s main venues. This league is designed for teams ready for a broader competitive environment, including U10 9v9 through U19 teams.
National 1 – South District 4
National 1 – South District 4 is the highest league level within the EPPL structure and serves elite U13–U19 teams from El Paso, West Texas, and New Mexico. This league provides top-level competition, regional exposure, and a pathway for advanced teams seeking the next level.

Competitive Divisions Overview
N1 / Premier
N1 / Premier is the highest competitive division within EPPL, designed for elite teams seeking advanced development, strong competition, and postseason recognition. N1 serves U13–U19 11v11 teams, while Premier serves U10–U12 9v9 teams preparing for higher-level competition.
Championship
Championship is a competitive development division for teams working toward N1 or Premier placement. This division features structured competition, playoff brackets, team awards, and promotion opportunities for top-performing teams.
Challenge
Challenge is the "intro to competition" division for teams ready to move beyond recreational soccer. It focuses on skill development, team building, standings-based competition and awards, and preparing teams for future advancement into Championship.
Recreational
Recreational is the entry-level division focused on fun, learning, and participation in a low-pressure environment. Scores and standings are not publicly emphasized, there are no playoffs, and all players receive participation recognition.
